Everyone knows that you take a seed and plant it in the ground, give it sun and water and watch it grow.
If you take the same principle with people you just plant the seed and give it a place to grow, like The Horse Prayer, give it some water, it flourishes like the barn and arena.
As for the sun, that’s one of the most important things; and that is the love that we have for one another. Watching each other grow in the joy of helping others to overcome their obstacles and to change lives for the better is the overall goal.
I know the Horse Prayer will make the world a better place because of people like Pam, Wanda and others whom have dedicated their time and energy sacrificing their family time to The Horse Prayer. Their efforts to get certified, spending tedious hours of applying for grants, board meetings and planning fundraising events are invaluable to this cause.
I don’t think I could begin to explain all the hard work that has made this all happen. With this new barn and arena, we will be able to provide a facility that can be used in Hoquiam and throughout Grays Harbor County to show the miracles of God's work by just planting one seed.
Just think if we can plant more!
